Topics You Can Bring Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Composedrequested Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with acted

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Composedrequested Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes. We also cannot handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or act for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@composedrequested.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We'll confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we'll look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we'll reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the work involved a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
